Healing at the Well
Who Am I Now After Loss? is a grief and identity workshop created specifically for widows navigating life after the death of their spouse. Led by Steph Hendel, a nationally recognized mindset coach and widow herself, this workshop offers a safe, supportive space to explore who you are becoming while honoring who you’ve been. Through mindset work, reflection, and gentle guidance, Steph helps widows reconnect to purpose, passion, and possibility—learning how to love their lives again despite unimaginable loss. Rooted in faith, resilience, and real-life experience, this workshop invites widows to begin rebuilding with clarity, strength, and hope.
**We are located on the 2nd floor of San Clemente Presbyterian Church above the preschool. We will have snacks and coffee or tea available.
