Grief Through Movement led by Allison LaBianca Grief lives in the body as much as the heart, and movement helps us gently release what words cannot. Through breath and mindful movement, we create space to feel, process, and soften the weight of loss. Join us for a gentle yoga flow. We are located at San Clemente Presbyterian Church, right above the preschool. Bring a yoga mat and enjoy a gentle sunset flow.

Healing at the Well
Seasons of Grief is an 8-week healing workshop created by widows, for widows. This program honors the truth that grief is not linear, has no timeline, and touches every part of our lives — our hearts, minds, bodies, relationships, and faith.
Each week offers education, reflection, discussion, and practical tools to help you understand your grief, care for your nervous system, process complex emotions, navigate changing relationships, and begin discovering meaning and purpose again — without leaving your loved one behind.
This is not about “getting over” your loss.
It’s about learning how to carry it with more love than pain.

Grief Through Movement:
A Guided Dance Experience
Grief lives in the body as much as it does in the heart. This gentle, guided movement class offers a supportive space to explore and release emotions through dance, breath, and mindful movement.
Together we will move through a series of dance movements designed to help process loss, honor memories, and reconnect with the body’s natural capacity for healing. No dance experience is necessary—only a willingness to move and be present.
Participants are invited to move at their own pace in a compassionate, judgment-free environment. This class is open to any stage of widowhood, whether recent or long-held.
What to Expect:
Wear comfortable clothing you can move in.
Come as you are, and allow your body to lead the way toward expression, connection, and care.

Join us for a beautiful morning of coffee, community, and creativity as we gather to support the life-giving work of Healing at the Well.
Enjoy fresh Bear Coast Coffee, connect with others, and hear powerful testimonies of healing and hope. Then stay to create your own bouquet using fresh flowers from Flower Co. of San Clemente.
All proceeds from coffee and bouquet sales will directly support the mission of ensuring no widow or her children walk through grief alone.
